I just joined the forum.....mainly I wanted some feedback on an ebay listing I've been watching. I have one of these in similar condition and am frankly amazed at the sale price. Guess I better get busy and get it running again...maybe list it to see if I can get same results.

I am not sure that this is a one time shot and not a trend, there have been about 6 cosmos that have sold recently on either ebay or craigslist and this was the exception most of the others listed around a grand as opposed to 3. I am not saying that I mind the increase in price since i probably own more of these than anyone else in the world but realistically speaking I don't see it. This was a rather clean car coming from a sales lot that probably also gave some kind of warranty with it even if it was only 30 days. The other piece as I have seen is that on stuff like this it is location dependant. Still it is a bonus esp if you are trying to prove insurance value price.
